Radis Community Care is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader within our dedicated team.

In this role, you will oversee our extra care facility, ensuring that each resident receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs. Our commitment is to treat every individual with respect and provide a consistent level of care throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for care packages, facilitating meetings and providing guidance to Care Workers.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure that personal care and all duties are aligned with client requirements.
  • Assist with medication management and personal care activities while promoting community engagement.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover for care and housing-related support duties as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Possession of an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a commitment to progress towards Level 3.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a desire to learn and adapt to client needs.

This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
