Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader to enhance our team.

Our facility provides a diverse range of accommodations with various on-site amenities designed to enrich the lives of our residents. Engaging activities such as movie nights, games, and social gatherings are regularly organized.

Role Overview

In the capacity of Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our extra care facility, delivering specialized assistance tailored to individual needs. At Radis, we prioritize personalized care, ensuring that each service user receives a unique approach that adapts to their evolving requirements.

You will also be part of the on-call schedule, stepping in to provide care and housing-related support during emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

While prior experience as a Team Leader is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous learning in alignment with client needs.

An enhanced DBS check is a requirement for this position.
