Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader to enhance our team.

In this role, you will support our extra care facility, providing specialized assistance to individuals in need. At Radis, we believe in recognizing each person as unique, offering a personalized service tailored to their specific requirements, ensuring a consistent approach throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your duties will include:

  • Providing support to our extra care complex.
  • Participating in the on-call rota.
  • Offering cover for care and housing-related support duties during emergencies.

Skills and Qualifications

While previous experience as a Team Leader is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a commitment to progress towards Level 3.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to adapt and learn in accordance with clients' needs and expectations.

This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
