Role Overview
In the capacity of Team Leader, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored support within our care complex, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. At Radis, we value the individuality of every person and strive to provide a personalized service that adapts to their evolving requirements.
Your responsibilities will also include being part of the on-call rota, stepping in to cover care duties and housing-related support when urgent assistance is necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
While prior experience as a Team Leader is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to learning and adapting to meet client expectations.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
