About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and meticulous Accounts Payable Technician to join our client's team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, expense claims, and requisitions; convert to purchase orders.
  • Set up and manage supplier and employee accounts, including bank details.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, credit cards, and petty cash.
  • Maintain and respond to the AP team mailbox, addressing payment queries.
  • Ensure timely authorization and payment of invoices, including weekly payment runs.
  • Process journals and manual payments, and control fixed assets.
  • Update and test the AP system quarterly, ensuring accurate vendor data in Oracle.
  • Collaborate on finance transformation projects to improve AP processes.

What We Offer:
