We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Client name withheld team in London. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our enterprise clients.

Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell new and enhanced products and services to customers.
  • Identify and close sales with new buying points, increasing the company's commercial footprint with each customer account.
  • Avoid adopting a partnership approach, develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers up to C-Level.
  • Negotiate new pricing and Master Software Licensing Agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals of existing and securing new licenses.
  • Deliver accurate and time-sensitive robust solutions using Salesforce.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both the customer and internal company teams.
  • Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is up to date with accurate information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Global Account Manager/Senior Account Manager working with FTSE100, Fortune500, global banks/finance houses.
  • Building strong relationships with tech users.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is.
