The Medical Communications agency X4 Life Sciences is actively seeking an ambitious Account Executive to become a key member of their Client Services team. The agency is a leader in Medical Education, boasting exceptional retention rates and a highly recommended work environment.

This permanent position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate across a range of accounts, therapy areas, and deliverables, including onsite meetings, congresses, symposia, training materials, publications, and digital media.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day account operations, supporting the Account Director.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, review creative work, develop timelines and budgets, and drive projects through the agency.
  • Understand the client's business and brief.
  • Foster strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a degree qualification.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently, being highly organised and calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a passion for creativity.
  • Exhibit commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Embody a considerate approach to bring out the best in both clients and agency team members.
  • Display strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
