Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Manager

Glenholme Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our CQC-rated "Outstanding" services in Bedford. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of two Supported Living services, Warwick Manor and Shakespeare House, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

About the Role
  • Operational management of the home, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
  • Development, supervision, and performance management of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Responding to referrals and undertaking initial assessments of need, ensuring person-centered approaches
  • Producing plans of support, setting clear goals and expected outcomes for service users
  • Coordinating person-centered reviews, working closely with local multi-disciplinary teams and community-based agencies
  • Maintaining high standards of environmental, safety, and quality, adhering to CQC regulations
