New Home Support Coordinator
CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to fill the role of New Home Support Coordinator.
In this exciting position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of new homeowners into their properties, providing them with excellent customer service and support throughout the process.
The Job Description:
- Manage Customer Queries: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with Contractors: Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure swift resolution of any customer issues or defects.
- Track Issues: Monitor and follow up on open issues to ensure they are resolved to the homeowner's satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting customer needs.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the property or construction industries.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
