- A pension scheme is offered to employees who are eligible.

- Plus the fun stuff - lots of little treats for special occasions, and team socials; coffee mornings, evening socials, and a variety of activities.

**Job Description**:
As a Care Professional with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne you will be responsible for the ongoing support of your regular clients, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality care in our client’s homes and living up to our mission to improve the lives of those giving and receiving care.

For us, Home Care means keeping people independent and where they are the happiest - in their own homes, surrounded by their memories in their own environment. It means giving our team the training, support and the time that they need to provide only the highest quality of care for clients, that focuses on companionship and not the task.

**Your time with your clients will include**:

- Help our clients around the house like washing up, laundry and preparing simple meals - encouraging to do things together.
- Support with Personal Care like getting washed and dressed for the morning.
- Social Calls, appointments, clubs & hobbies and trips out
- Shopping trips and light gardening
- Prompting & assisting your client with their medication.

**Qualifications**:
**What we ask for from our Care Professionals**
- That you have a warm heart and caring nature and love a chat
- You are reliable, responsible and have a passion for making a difference to someone’s day.
- That you are looking for a professional, rewarding and fulfilling career, and willing to be trained and supported the Home Instead way.
- That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
- You have a full driving licence and have full use of a car.
