We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Facilities Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in helpdesk or administration roles within facilities and maintenance or a busy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage facility-related inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Work closely with our maintenance team to provide seamless service delivery.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
