Partner Growth Specialist

This Partner Growth Specialist position at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and development with our high-potential Sellers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving growth with new and existing customers/partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sellers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotions strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Providing coaching and training to Sellers on how to leverage Amazon's promotions tools and systems effectively.
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform business growth strategies.
- Contributing to the development of business growth strategies, working closely with European colleagues to further develop our services in the area of 3P Deals & Promotions.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Relevant professional work experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Sellers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for online businesses, e-commerce, and sales.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
