About the Role

This Partner Growth Specialist position at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and development with our high-potential Sellers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving growth with new and existing customers/partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sellers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotions strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
  4. Providing coaching and training to Sellers on how to leverage Amazon's promotions tools and systems effectively.
  5. Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform business growth strategies.
  7. Contributing to the development of business growth strategies, working closely with European colleagues to further develop our services in the area of 3P Deals & Promotions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional work experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for online businesses, e-commerce, and sales.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
