About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and executing our channel strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a channel strategy for the Benelux region, identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage relationships with our channel partners, providing guidance and support to ensure they are successful in selling our products and services.
  3. Lead sales and account management efforts, working closely with our partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Evaluate and optimize the performance of our partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and revenue.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring alignment and coordination across our organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in SaaS sales/business development
  • 4+ years experience in SaaS sales/business development (advantage)
  • 1-2 years experience working in the Benelux (advantage)
  • Dutch language skills are a plus but not a requirement
  • 1-2 years experience in managing Channel Partners/Resellers (advantage)
  • Strong sales background with a track record from opportunity to close
  • Account and quota planning skills
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a super proactive approach
  • Strength and experience with public speaking (advantage)
