We are seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team as a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of our LMS platform, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient delivery of learning content.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing and editing existing content, creating new assets, and troubleshooting technical issues that arise. You will collaborate closely with our development team to implement new features and enhancements, guaranteeing a stable and scalable LMS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and edit existing e-learning content and assessments
  • Develop new content and assets to meet evolving client needs
  • Maintain the LMS, troubleshooting technical issues and providing support
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and enhancements


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data management and LMS platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines


Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, reflecting the demands of this role. They will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, free on-site parking, and a pension scheme.
