This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of classrooms during teacher absences, maintaining student engagement, and providing valuable support to our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage classrooms effectively, guaranteeing students remain engaged and on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, upholding the highest standards of education.
  • Maintain discipline and create a safe, productive learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teaching staff on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
