About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary School Finance Coordinator to join our team at Aspire People. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual with school finance experience and proficiency in SIMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input financial details onto SIMS with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, taking messages, and dealing with parents and pupils
  • Perform various administrative tasks including typing of letters and memos, filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Support financial services by preparing monthly reports, monitoring budgets, and maintaining financial systems
  • Promote financial probity and value for money through effective invoice preparation and fee collection
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and learn new skills as required
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
