As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the RevPar of the hotel(s) under your supervision, managing the hotel's pricing strategy on a daily basis, and producing and executing actions to ensure the best performance.
The role can be performed anywhere, with regular travel to the hotels under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports and market trends to ensure constant optimization of the pricing strategy.
- Review, monitor, and control the production and evolution of the different distribution channels and market segments.
- Generate minutes and action plans for each forecast, ensuring the feasibility of the actions planned to address the challenges analyzed in the forecast.
- Analyze and monitor hotel trade fair periods and peak dates, increasing the hotel's RGI during high demand periods.
- Ensure the pricing strategy positions the hotel appropriately in the market vs. competitors.
- Responsible for generating weekly and periodic forecasts for their hotel within the MHI accuracy standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue management/supervision within the hotel industry.
- Proficient in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking.
- Experience with Opera, Switch, Duetto is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP/AFO.
