We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Postgraduate Administrator to join our team in the Postgraduate Education and Clinical Academic Training (PECAT) section of the School of Clinical Medicine.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for all matters relating to postgraduate education across the School's 20 Departments, Units and Institutes, including the admission, supervision, progress and examination of approximately 900 postgraduate students.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with academic staff, students and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of postgraduate students through their courses and the final award of their degrees.

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting, and a good working knowledge of the University processes around postgraduate examination.

They will also have a working knowledge of CamSIS (or other University student records management system), MSTeams and document sharing via SharePoint and other communications applications such as Zoom.
