Job Title: Fitness Concierge

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fitness Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness Department. As a Fitness Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions, and providing personalized attention to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all spa and fitness guests.
  • Assist guests on the gym floor, offering guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage, and providing modifications as needed.
  • Design and deliver group exercise classes tailored to different fitness levels and objectives, ensuring a safe, effective, and engaging experience.
  • Schedule one-to-one sessions, classes, and spa treatments, ensuring smooth operation of the reception.
  • Encourage rebooking and correct any wrong bookings with care and urgency.
  • Handle all transactions and maintain daily balances with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and wellbeing services, spa treatments, and the facility.
  • Respond to guest and member concerns, comments, or complaints with discretion and urgency.
  • Maintain ambience levels, including lighting and music, and ensure all FOH areas are clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
  • Passion for wellness and previous experience working in luxury health clubs, wellness, or spas.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance.
