This role will be based at a new boutique development in Fitzrovia, with access to a private dining area, gym, spa, and landscape gardens.

  • You'll be a customer service expert who leads, engages, and inspires others.
  • You'll drive the performance of the development and effectively handle feedback.
  • You'll support your team, build strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • You'll have experience in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and working in a team environment.
