Job Title: Fitness Concierge

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fitness Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness Department. As a Fitness Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience in our fitness and wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized assistance to guests on the gym floor, offering guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage.
  • Design and deliver group exercise classes tailored to different fitness levels and objectives, ensuring a safe and engaging experience.
  • Act as a host to our guests and members, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, and escorting them to the appropriate facilities.
  • Schedule one-to-one sessions, classes, and treatment bookings, ensuring smooth operation of the reception.
  • Encourage rebooking and correct any wrong bookings with care and urgency.
  • Handle all transactions and maintain the daily balance with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay knowledgeable about all aspects of our fitness and wellbeing services, spa treatments, and facilities.
  • Respond to guest and member concerns, comments, or complaints with discretion and urgency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring ambience levels are correctly set and maintained.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
  • Passion for wellness and previous experience working in luxury health clubs, wellness, or spas.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule.
