About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Chingford LC Leisure Centre. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage membership sales, including setting up direct debits and handling cash transactions.
  • Answer incoming calls, deal with customer queries, and provide information on our services and facilities.
  • Support the team in preparing studios, gyms, and sports halls for activities, and maintain the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the centre.
