Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fitness Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness Department at Raffles London at The OWO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations within the fitness and wellness areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Welcome and check-in all spa guests and members, provide personalized attention, and escort them to the appropriate areas throughout the spa.
  • Fitness Operations: Assist guests on the gym floor, show proper exercise techniques, and offer modifications as needed. Design and deliver group exercise classes tailored to different fitness levels and objectives.
  • Booking and Scheduling: Schedule one-to-one sessions, classes, and spa treatments, and ensure smooth operation of the reception.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest and member concerns, comments, or complaints with discretion and urgency.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain ambience levels, cleanliness, and organization of FOH areas.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in luxury health clubs, wellness, or spas.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong time management, and ability to multitask.
