Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

As a Lead Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, your duties will include:

Completing first responder training, funded by the company, to manage minor emergencies. Overseeing parcel deliveries by receiving, logging, and distributing packages to residents promptly, utilizing a tracking system for accuracy. Assisting with various tasks throughout the development, including responding to resident inquiries, providing support during emergencies, and addressing maintenance concerns as necessary. Performing cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and presentable office environment. Conducting pool water testing and serving as a pool responder. Managing waste disposal by emptying bins daily and ensuring proper waste management. Addressing minor maintenance issues, such as changing lightbulbs and unblocking drains.
