Position: Lead Concierge

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: £32,000 - £32,500

Role Overview:

As a Lead Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in first responder training, funded by the company, to manage minor emergencies effectively.
  • Overseeing parcel deliveries by receiving, logging, and distributing packages to residents promptly, utilizing a tracking system for accuracy.
  • Assisting with various tasks throughout the property, including responding to resident inquiries, providing emergency support, and addressing maintenance concerns as needed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the office environment to ensure a tidy and presentable space.
  • Conducting pool water testing and serving as a pool responder.
  • Managing waste disposal by emptying bins daily and ensuring proper waste management.
  • Addressing minor maintenance issues, such as changing lightbulbs and unblocking drains.
