About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our Creative Director/Business Development Director and Head of Marketing by providing both administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth sales and marketing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate would benefit from having a genuine interest in luxury, hospitality, and music. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including content creation, social media management, and lead generation, providing a great opportunity for professional growth within our expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings and assist with tracking and completion of action items.
- Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, monitor data hygiene.
- Strategic Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
- Contribute to the creation of sales-related collateral and outreach copy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, tone of voice, and objectives.
- Generate monthly reports on marketing activities and lead generation to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Manage the campaign pipeline in coordination with the Head of Marketing, ensuring timely execution and optimization across all regions.
- Help compile market intelligence on the sector and share relevant insights with the rest of the business.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the Creative Director/Business Development Director, Head of Marketing, and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and positive dialogue.
- Engage with different teams to gather valuable insights and facilitate communication channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Contribute to and develop engaging content for various marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media accounts, creating posts and engaging with the audience to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor trends and industry developments to identify content opportunities.
