Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Residential Duty Manager to join our team at Search Consultancy LTD. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting concierge teams across six sites, ensuring exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support concierge teams across six sites to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Work closely with your support network to ensure that all team members are engaged, motivated, and informed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain staff engagement and motivation.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of concierge services across all sites, including daily administrative duties.
  • Maintain and ensure that all lobby areas and concierge desks are clean and tidy, and conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable.
  • Excellent team building skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of customer service and ability to remain calm and professional in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn on the job and keen for career development.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Valid CCTV license.
  • IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.
  • Valid First Aid at Work Certificate.
  • Fire Warden.
  • Working knowledge of Locale.
