Job Title: Fitness Concierge

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fitness Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness Department. As a Fitness Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience in our state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and checking in guests, providing personalized attention and ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Supporting the Fitness Manager in the successful booking of one-to-one sessions, classes, and spa treatments.
  • Providing expert guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage, offering modifications to accommodate different skill levels and physical limitations.
  • Designing and delivering engaging group exercise classes tailored to various fitness levels and objectives.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception, handling transactions, and maintaining a daily balance with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Encouraging rebooking and correcting any wrong bookings with care and urgency.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and reporting any security concerns to hotel management.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
  • Passion for wellness and previous experience working in luxury health clubs, wellness, or spas.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
