Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Manager to join our team in the northern home counties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the production, quarterly submission, annual review, and ongoing monitoring of the Performance Standards Report, including Operational Performance Metrics (OPMs) across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the provision of commercial regulatory guidance to the business in support of its innovation pipeline and Enabling Agreement arrangements.
  • Support the business in delivering its Annual Business Plan, Budget, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including ongoing monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide guidance on commercial regulatory assurance.
Requirements
  • Experience in performance management and business planning gained in either the public or private sector.
  • Bright, highly analytical, and intellectually agile, able to learn and manage complexity quickly.
  • High level of integrity while also able to successfully partner with the business in meaningful ways through building trusting relationships and connections.
What's on Offer
