Job Title: Learning and Behaviour Mentor

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Behaviour Mentor to work in SA2. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies for students with additional learning needs.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide physical and communication support to students, using modes of communication appropriate to their individual needs.
  • Help plan and organise learning activities to facilitate students' cognitive development.
  • Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to teachers.
  • Support students' emotional and social development by encouraging positive behaviour.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Education or related field.
  2. Experience working with children or adults with additional learning needs.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
