Job Overview:

Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing behaviour management strategies
  • Working closely with teachers to identify and address areas of concern
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to pupils

Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this Behaviour Mentor role, you will need:
  1. A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* - C
  2. An Enhanced DBS check
  3. Experience working with children or similar groups

Salary Details:
This Behaviour Mentor role comes with a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour.
