About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our developments, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the highest standards of quality are maintained.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trade coordination, site presentation, and cost control. You will play a critical role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.

The ideal candidate will have relevant previous site experience, a qualified First Aider at Work, and hold a CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management. You will be assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and influencing skills. A valid UK driver's license is also required.
