Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our developments, working closely with the Site Manager to oversee the entire construction cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Assist in ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living Ltd's desirable developments.
  • Work closely with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
  • CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
