About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd in the Midlands region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with experience in overseeing development projects from start to finish.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in managing the construction site, ensuring timely completion and compliance with Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in managing the construction site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Assist in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's developments.
  • Participate in site meetings and communicate with external suppliers and specialists.

Requirements:

  • Relevant site experience in residential construction, preferably in new homes and apartments.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.
  • Able to work under pressure, influence, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
