Assistant Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Saxton Recruitment LTD. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Ensure works are being delivered to programme and budget
  • Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
  • Maintain accurate site records
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering design and build projects as an Assistant Site Manager
  • Experience managing construction sub-contractors
  • Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
  • SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid certifications
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
