About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the construction cycle of our development in Kings Norton.

Using specified drawings and instructions, you will assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager in managing the construction cycle of the development
  • Assist in coordinating trades and materials to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards on site
  • Ensure site presentation and cleanliness meet Company standards
  • Contribute to cost control and budget management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant previous site experience in building Residential Apartments and New Homes
  • Qualifications in Site Management, preferably NVQ Level 3 or 4, and NHBC Site Manager Accreditation
  • A CSCS Card and valid UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
