About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the construction cycle of our developments in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
  • Assist in ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living Ltd's desirable developments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
  • CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
