Future Teachers Programme Overview

A 12-month paid placement opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates interested in a rewarding career in Secondary education. The programme offers a unique route to qualified teacher status and a career in education, providing practical experience, strong school support, and opportunities for development.

What We Offer

Participants will gain valuable skills, including lesson planning and delivery, pastoral care, and networking with potential employers. An estimated £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent at a later date.
