Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:
The Future Teachers programme provides paid placements for recent or upcoming graduates in Secondary schools across the North East. As a Future Teacher, you will work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience, develop your subject specialism, and participate in pastoral aspects of school life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about education. You should hold an undergraduate degree in any subject, with STEM subjects highly desirable. Prior school-based experience is not mandatory, but candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in teaching and learning. All applicants must undergo a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and provide proof of qualifications.
