Teaching Personnel has partnered with schools in the North East to offer a unique programme that provides graduates with meaningful, paid experience as they contemplate their initial teacher training journey. The programme aims to equip graduates with valuable skills, offer a stable 12-month employment opportunity, and connect them with potential employers and ITT providers.

Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates should have a genuine passion for education, an undergraduate degree, and be willing to commit to a 12-month placement. Prior school-based experience is not mandatory but is desirable. The programme is open to applicants throughout the year, with the largest intake typically in September. An estimated £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent at a later date. All applicants will require relevant qualifications and training.
