About the Role

This Graduate Teaching Programme is a unique opportunity for graduates to gain valuable teaching experience while earning a competitive salary. The programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a qualified teacher, while also allowing you to work in a supportive and challenging environment.

As a graduate on this programme, you will be paired with an experienced teacher who will provide you with guidance and support throughout your training. You will also have access to regular training sessions and coaching to help you develop your teaching skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £26,500 - £29,500 per annum, which includes statutory holiday pay. You will also have the opportunity to earn your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for free, as the Trust will cover the cost of your QTS training and assessment.
