Healthcare Coding Professional

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a talented Healthcare Coding Professional to join our clinical coding team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective coding strategies that enhance patient care and outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of clinical coding systems and procedures.
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent coding practices across the organization.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to resolve coding discrepancies and improve data quality.

Key Requirements:

  • National Clinical Coding Qualification and Accredited Clinical Coder status.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £29,970-£36,483 per year, plus 11.25% Recruitment & Retention Premium. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that values employee well-being and career development.
