Job Title: Senior Supportability Engineer

At Leonardo, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supportability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the supportability characteristics of our radar systems are understood and aligned to our customers' operational and support needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from bid to production, and will be responsible for engaging with integrated project teams to deliver supportability engineering work packages. You will use a range of analytical techniques and procedures to perform reliability, maintainability, and testability analysis on integrated systems.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can work closely with systems, mechanical, software, RF, electronics, and safety engineers to identify and avoid real support-related problems on complex systems. You will also be responsible for growing and developing the supportability community and core skills base, as well as contributing to continuous process and procedural improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline and will have either worked in industry, defence, or have other relevant experience. You will also have a working knowledge of RMT analysis techniques, equipment failure modes effects analysis, and failure reporting and corrective action system data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with integrated project teams to deliver supportability engineering work packages

Requirements:
