Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a great shopping experience for our customers, working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring displays are attractive and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
