Are you an experienced Production Planner looking to make a significant impact in a global manufacturing environment?

Our ABN site located in Walsingham are seeking a Mill Production Planner to join our team. In this role, you will develop daily optimised production schedules using ABN Business System and Microsoft Dynamics AX, ensuring best-in-class customer service levels and manufacturing excellence. Your focus on raw material stock levels, asset utilisation balancing, and stakeholder management will be crucial to achieving efficient and effective planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise "Raw Material Planning Breaks" for accurate stock positions.
- Create production plans using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Meet KPIs supporting the on-site manufacturing program.
- Develop Shift Team Leaders for planning contingency.
- Maintain Batch Order housekeeping in AX.
- Create work order journals for seasonal Game Feed.
- Escalate shortages to minimise waste and disruption.
- Track daily stock levels and liaise with shifts on accuracy.
- Understand factory capacities to smooth production and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

**Person Profile/Knowledge**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in production planning and scheduling systems.
- Effective communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and task prioritisation.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new systems.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership in planning initiatives with cross-functional teams.
