We are seeking a highly organized Aircraft Production Planner to join our team at CV Library. This role is responsible for coordinating and streamlining production operations, ensuring timely availability of resources, and developing production schedules that align with customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Scheduling:
  1. Develop and manage production schedules to ensure alignment with customer demands, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  2. Coordinate with procurement, labor management, and manufacturing teams to guarantee timely resource availability.
Inventory Management:
  1. Monitor raw materials and component stock levels to maintain continuous production flow while avoiding overstocking.
  2. Collaborate with the procurement team to manage material shortages and prevent production stoppages.
Capacity Planning:
  1. Analyze production capacity and workload, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
  2. Work with manufacturing teams to optimize labor and machinery utilization.
Demand Forecasting:
  1. Collaborate with sales and marketing to predict product demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
  2. Utilize forecasting data for long-term planning and budgeting.
Cost Control:
  1. Identify opportunities for cost savings by optimizing resources and reducing waste.
  2. Monitor and report on production costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
Process Improvement:
  1. Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  2. Refine production planning processes to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
Reporting:
  1. Provide regular reports on production performance, highlighting areas of improvement and successful KPIs.
  2. Present data and strategic recommendations to management.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including life assurance, pension contributions, private medical insurance, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
