About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Care Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver excellent care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure the care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

About You:

We are looking for a registered nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills. You will have proven experience of post-qualification practice in a health and social care setting with older people, as well as previous experience of leading a team. You will also have great written and verbal skills for communication and understanding, and good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work.
