At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.

About the Role:

  • As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs.
  • With a strong focus on clinical governance and compliance, you will ensure that our care home meets the highest standards of care and safety.
  • You will also be responsible for auditing and analysing care trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to drive excellence in care delivery.

About You:

  • We are looking for a Registered Nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills.
  • You will have proven experience of post-qualification practice in a health and social care setting with older people.
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work are essential.
