About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will have a strong clinical background and experience in leading teams. You will be responsible for auditing and analysing trends, directing care teams to deliver great results, and implementing action plans for improvement.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with CQC, Social Services, and Safeguarding teams. You will also have a strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance.

Key Requirements
  1. Registered Nurse or RMN with active NMC PIN
  2. Proven experience of post-qualification practice in a health and social care setting with older people
  3. Previous experience of leading a team
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work
