Job Description

At Home Instead, we pride ourselves on providing relationship-based care within the home. As a Care Professional on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a range of one-to-one companionship services to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

We are looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals who have a passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service. Your duties will include light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, shopping, and errands. You will also have the opportunity to support clients in the community, such as outings, activities, and escorts to appointments.

We require our Care Professionals to be flexible and meet the clients' needs, which may include weekends and occasional evening and night work. A car driver is required for this role, as many of our clients live in remote villages inaccessible by public transport.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
